    We got a not this time email but thatā€™s ok. It was her first time trying so sure she will try again next year. Awaiting associates results by the end of May. Good luck everyone

    My daughter said she had a good day but also felt like there were a few things she couldā€™ve done better / messed up on (in her words) but she enjoyed it so thatā€™s the main thing. Itā€™s a long wait until the end of May to find out!

    Ours has been viewed 7 times. No idea how I check for length of viewing - sent ours on YouTube

    I had a email from them saying everyone will be emailed on 29 March with an outcome

    My DD will be gutted but itā€™s good to learn young that there are set backs but to keep on keeping on. No idea if there are any waiting lists, nothing mentioned in the email about MDS recall. Then I get another email inviting us to a zoom welcome session, guess thatā€™s automated if we were to be able to self fund this - which we canā€™t!

    Our email just in. My DD (for yr8 entry) hasnā€™t got an MDS place. Says she still has a place but would have to be self funded. No mention of a waiting list so think all places mustā€™ve been accepted? Not to worry, a good experience and nice to be offered a place even if she canā€™t take it up.

    Given covid restrictions we havenā€™t been able to visit the school or boarding houses, what are the boarding houses like? Have heard differing views!

    But why call any other yr groups in at all if thatā€™s what they do? Gives false hope to the poor kids

    Thatā€™s my thinking to as they told me that they usually offer MDS to yr 7 first. Theyā€™ve all done amazing so if this is the end of the road for now Iā€™ll still be proud as punch

    Maybe they allocate yr7s and see what they have left from acceptances? Who knows!

    Congratulations to everyone who has been successful so far. My DD would be going into yr8, has anyone heard back for that yr group yet? Kind of thinking she has been unsuccessful as no news either way at the moment.
