    My understanding is that they ask the most suitable for classical ballet students for the funding audition. There’s such a small amount of funding available it doesn’t mean your son isn’t good enough and they won’t know about your finances yet, so that shouldn’t matter. well done on your son receiving an offer at Tring, that’s a great achievement although frustrating with out funding.

    My dd did it last year. it’s a performance focused course. Last year they performed in a Birmingham theatre and sadlers wells but this year it is slightly different and more like a summer school with a performance at Elmhurst at the end. happy to answer any questions but it is a great experience

    Last year my dd was on the wait list for an MDS and did get offered one in July.

    Yes, they have a waiting list and if someone turns it down it gets passed on.

    We’ve just heard form Sunday, I’m amazed at how quickly they’ve got the results out! May I ask 2 questions 1.does everyone who makes finals get a place on a tour or in the company? 2. Do you have to attend every rehearsal if successful?

    Kate frost is great! we’ve also used Rimbaud patron photography, also lovely photos. depends what style you are looking for.
