Mind games. Anxiety makes us assume the worst. Anything could happen and the opposite of that anything and you know that.

The baby one. Youngest girls, 3 PM on Friday in London. Last in, last out I suppose. 😭

we should be doing this together somewhere in town with refreshments at hand and plenty of distractions.

I just saw the Associates dancing at the fair on Saturday, I took a good look and trust me, there were all kids of bodies there. I think the only thing they had in common was that none of them had any extra weight on them.

Possibly. Anything’s possible at this point. I shouldn’t even think about this kind of stuff, but the wait is doing a number on my mind. (No, the football game didn’t help either. 😭)

My daughter is very small (120 cm) and thin, the smallest child in her year group at school (90 kids) by far. She said that pretty much everyone in that group was smaller / shorter than her, some looked like 5-6 year olds. I just can’t wrap my head about this and I think she might be an unreliable witness. They must be 8 by September and can’t be any younger.

Is there anyone here from the 3-4 PM Friday group in London? My daughter said something really strange about it.

Its a good thing I don’t have any nerves left. They’re shot. I’ve gone from hopeful to “oh well”.

Londoners: is anyone at the White Lodge summer fair today?

Not silly at all! So far all the correspondence they’ve sent (confirmation for signing up, confirmation of application) came straight through to my regular e-mail inbox.

I’d rather not expect it now at all than expect it and have my heart jump at yet another email beep that’s GAP offers or Tesco deals of the week. I’m fed up.

Some Birmingham results were still filtering out yesterday. Also, we don’t know whether on those days no one posted here last year results were coming out for people not on this forum. There’s a lot of unknown here.

If you read back, there are a lot of posts about this. In conclusion: it’s a reason to be hopeful! Congratulatuons! 🎉 For everyone else: if Birmingham results are still coming in, the Londoners should get out to the sun and forget about this for a while.

I wish you were right, but I put my money on next Monday for London.

I promised myself and everyone who knew about this audition that I shall not obsess. I know how slim the chances are for a girl in a London. Yet here I am. I suck at waiting, for anything and besides you guys here I don’t think anyone would understand how I feel.

This forum alone helps me understand the magnitude of this. I seriously underestimated.
