Thank you! She does have great feet and knows how to use turn out too! She is ridiculously strong from her gymnastics lesson, and is very petite but well proportioned with long legs. She isn't as advanced technically as some of the others we saw there, but that doesn't matter at an associated programme as they take it back to basics and train them in their style. Will see what happens!!!! Good luck with Ballet Boost too!!! That is also supposed to be a great programme

My daughter has only just turned 8 and started dancing just before she turned 6. She only does one grade 1 lesson a week of 45 minutes and an hour of gymnastics.

Just got an email!!! Dd has been offered a place for Year 4! Quite shocked!

It was Bank Holiday last weekend too......so here's hoping 😂

Yes she had to take socks off and point feet.

She said the same as Elmhurst audition.....which wasn't useful! But she did say no.improvisation, which I was surprised about! Splits, plies, skips and sautes is all I've got out of her!!!

End of June for results.......a very long wait indeed!

She really liked it as she said the teacher was.lovely! She will be the youngest there as she is a summer baby and year 3 going for.yr 4 place......so not holding out hope! But she liked it and didn't seem fazed by it all!

There were so many......the next numbers (25 to 50) were getting ready whilst we were picking up dd!!! I can imagine they get through about 5 groups today!

Manchester audition info has.just dropped in my inbox! Very late at night!!!

I really wish they did one week in summer too......this is why we will have to do spring or autumn this coming year, so she can see.if she likes the school before upper school auditions.

Yes my daughter has 2 weeks.......but many older ones apply for 2 weeks.....just like they do for RBS? Should they also limit people.to one week? I know of someone with a bursary with 2 weeks, and someone who has been accepted and is on waitlist for bursary too. I also know of a vocational student with waitlist despite going past 2 years. Tbh I do think the class sizes have increased over the past couple of years so it will be nice to see them reduced again.
