  1. Anna Rose O'Sullivan and Steven Mcrae Selling at face value of £29 as I decided to treat myself to a better seat! Not based in the UK so only paypal or revolut. Please send me a message if interested!
  2. I am currently wearing grishko 2007 pro 6xx hard shank with a sleek heel and medium-high arch. Is there any other grishko shoe that anyone can recommend? Like maybe vaganova or either mayas? I am unable to fit these other shoes because my local store only stocks 2007s.
  3. I've finally visited some stores in covent garden but sadly didn't bring home any shoes. I went to the bloch store but I did not get fitted mainly because I had tried 3 models and non fitted so I concluded that maybe my feet just dosent suit bloch! Hopped over to dancia and they lady who fitted me was really nice but I forgot to ask for her name! She only fitted me gaynors because she said I had a narrower heel. Sadly, they did not fit me because they did not have the sleek heel model in stock. She told me to go back to my 2007 pros and they didn't have stock for my 6xx too. Left dancia empty handed I personally do not favour sansha but I decided to at least try to fit (They are having 30% off pointe shoes now). The lady was a really bad fitter with very little knowledge. She referred to a piece of paper with the specs of the shoes and she literally just threw me all 13 models to try on. Thumbs down. Didn't get to visit the capezio and freed shop since I was rushing for time and I am regretting now
  4. i haven't tried many shoes so i do not know which type of shoes actually fit me better but low or high, both seemed okay for me
  5. Hi! I'm from Singapore and I'm flying to London for a short holiday in feb and would like to find some ballet shops at the same time! I would like some advice on choosing brands for pointe shoes. A little background: In Singapore there are only a few bloch models and grishko 2007 available. As i have quite a high arch, i need hard shanks and i also have quite narrow feet. Tried Bloch serenade, suprima and axiom and all did not fit at all. Ended up with lots of blisters and i couldn't even do classes properly with them. I then went to hong kong and tried some shoes and was fitted with grishko 2007 pro and it was quite a good fit. Ended up wearing them for 2 years (that was when we still didn't have grishkos in sg). In june, i tried some russian pointes in hard shank but they were too soft for me. Well, i am still currently wearing grishko 2007 pro, width x and hard shank but i feel that rolling into demi pointe is very hard because grishko shoes are really hard but once it gets softer it is just too soft for me and it makes a big difference because of my high arch. Please recommend any brand or shop that i can get fitted at or even the fitter. Sorry for such a long post!
