  1. Well said billyelliot I was a dancing girl who went to normal school and was so bullied for it, I hated school and everything about it. If it good for our kids why not give it a try. Sure it will all settle down think we have just got to give it a time. Our dd will not get of FaceTime etc which is bad in another way, but last week she was on for ten min then went and we were "yes, she wants to be with her friends" so it's hard all different ways. But at least we can say we are giving our dc the best chances that we feel are rite for them in an environment with like minded friendly supportive peers

  8. Hi my dd is off to school in sept, not sure she will stay in touch with her school friends as they have started been nasty to her about going off to ballet school one of the comments was that she "is stuck up". But on the other hand her dancing friends she will def keep in touch with We decided to set her a Facebook account up to help with. We did it ourselfs so all the security was set up and she has to be "friends" with me her dad and other family members so we can see what is happening.
  9. Hi my dd has loved every min of her elmhurst classes we have been going for the full 3 years. As we live over an hour and half away from elmhurst we have had to get up at 6.30 on sat and she has never once complained or moaned, which I feel shows how much she loves it there. The classes have brought her no end and I have seen such a difference in her ballet. I would recommend it to anyone as I do feel it has been fully worth it. My dd will be starting y7 at elmhurst in sept, living the dream as she says
