  3. Update just appeared on facebook page: New orders are unaffected by the earlier issues caused by our IT systems change. However, we know some of you are still having problems around older orders and for this we are sincerely sorry. We have support teams on site to help us fix these problems as quickly as we can. Updates On Our Service Status: What's New? Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: 7 day backlog (down from 12 days) - By and large, manual refunds are completed for returned items we have received up to and including 13th December although there are still some to be processed for items we have received from the 8th December (these should be completed tomorrow). - Exchanges are completed for returned items we have received up to and including 13th December. We are aware there will be some longer standing issues also but these are few now. Call Center Issues Our lines are still busy and at peak times the hold times can increase so try to call outside of 12-2pm and 5-7pm if you can. Emails We still have lots of emails to get through. While we are working hard to reply personally to each email as quickly as we can, it is still taking us longer than usual to respond to everyone. We estimate it is presently taking us up to 7 days to answer emails. Customer Support in Facebook As a reminder again, for the Social Media team to be able to help progress your order concerns more quickly we require the following in a private message: Your Phone Number Email Order Number Details Of Your Order We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused you during our IT changes and but we are close to restoring the usual high level of service you deserve.

  6. @LinMM - these are the dancers you were on about: http://www.trockadero.org/ I take my hat off to them .. Their dying swan was hysterical ... Great comical routines .... Saw them this year when doing their show at The Lowry :D ........ Anyway, going off the thread ......... Back to the subject in question .... HOMESICKNESS .... X
  7. Thinking of you and your DS - hoping for a speedy recovery x
  8. Wayne Sleeps forthcoming channel 4 programme .... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/celebritynews/10309662/Wayne-Sleep-Why-big-girls-should-return-to-ballet.html
  9. @ M'cr JAs - Don't worry too much about the file ..... When my DD started we had no clue about needing a 'clip file' .... We got it from WHSmith ???? That was 4yrs ago mind, perhaps you can only find them on Amazon now ? Xxx Have a fab first lesson next Sunday
  10. My DDs came from John Lewis - still fits her 2yrs on . Don't spend heaps on blazer, they rarely wear them
  11. Wishing you + your DDs/DSs a lovely day tomorrow x
  12. Easy2name have just sent me a link ... £5 off orders over £25 (excluding postage). Expires 30th June. http://www.easy2name.com/newsletters/june-2013/?utm_source=MailingList&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Easy2name+June+2013
  13. that's awful balletbun Are Hammond not doing ANYTHING about it???!!!
  14. For a lot of my DDs mufty t-shirts and tops/jumpers that had a big enough label on the inside: I just write her name on with a black 'sharpie' felt-tip. It stays put even after washing - the iron on transfers (that I posted link for above) were still on bottoms of her socks a year later ... I iron them into the waistband of her ballet tights now too and they've stayed put .... Even though the tights have not lasted as long (catches and ladders lol) :/
  15. Found these transfers great for socks - just ironed them onto the base of foot - wash well - and saves any sticky out cotton sewing sticking into feet/ankles. Used them on underwear/sheets/other clothing - great idea and a lifesaver when you have lots of stuff to label! http://www.easy2name.com/product.htm?product=letter-transfers And they come with a pink surround (much to my DDs joy) ;D
  16. Oooo gosh Snape - that was 4yrs ago lol. My DD was a M'cr JA for yrs 5+6 .... She's at vocational school now . There will be a few bits and bobs to fill out. Can't remember exactly ...... There will be details about uniform - which you had to order from specific supplier, press instructions, class dates, payment details ...... Am sure current JA/MA/SA parents will be able to give you more uptodate info .....
  17. Many congratulations to your DD's Snape & Twiglet :). Now the hardwork starts ..... A friends DD was also a yes for Manchester (yr4) . Am assuming Miss Agar will still be their teacher - lovely lady
