I decided to apply for Queenalex, because my daughter is just 16 years old...and is quite near enbschol. It's an accommodation only for girls. I think it's a good option because there is breakfast and dinner included in the price.

hi Pastel, this is just a summerschool....I think they started last year and every year they change faculty....if you look the website you can audition by video or in person...i had friends of my daughter that went last year and they loved it. it's a popular stage for italian students. if you check the Facebook page you can see swell the level of the people that was accepted...a frien of my daughter got a scholarship for sfballet school. This year seems to be even more interesting because they have a lot of directors and principal teaching there. unfortunately we are not planning to go because my daughter got accepted to abt in NY.

Hallo tutugirl, I think most of the summer intensive auditions are closed (abt, houston and san francisco ballet), but i heard there is a nice summer intensive in spain http://www.ibstage.com there are a lot of director of vocational schools: - Patrick Armand San Francisco Ballet Schoo - Samira Saidi English National Ballet School -Simona Noja (Wiener Staatsoper Ballet School) - John Broeckx Ballet Akademie of Munich - Daria Klimentova - Monique Loudieres -Isabelle Ciaravola - Gonzalo Garcia and many others... I heard that last year was very nice and very professional. I received today an email from ENBS, my daughter got a place for the 1st year.... she is so happy!!!!she can't believe it good luck for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter would love to be accepted. The teachers were very professional during the auditions, she had to do also a small interview and to see the doctor. Do you know for boarding how is it work? The students stay in the same building or are in different boarding houses?

Hallo everyone, can you give me an opinion about ENBS? What is the differences between RBS? I saw the live streaming for the ENBS anniversary and i have to say that they seems very good the students there. I have a friend that she was accepted last year that was very skinny, but now after 1 year she seems more curvy...do you think that the their training is so strong that you will have more muscles legs like a gymnast? I heard that the students are very happy, and they work a lot...how many places normally they give to students to go to the company? What is it the youth company? are they the best students from the school? or is just a separate group related more with the company? My daughter she applied and we did the final examination on saturday.....and we are waiting for the results... thanks for your help!!

my DD applied for the san francisco ballet school this summer....we decided for this one because is 4 weeks and can be a good experience to be away alone. http://school.sfballet.org/summer-session/summer-session-program-2

I was there on sunday to wait my DD and I think all the people from Royal where very nice and polite; they really pay a lot of attentions on the kids... My DD after the audition didn't say much, but she didn't complain, she loved the teacher's lesson.

my DD did the audition for upper school on sunday, do you know when they are going to send the results? as anyone received the results from previous audition in Manchester and Birmingham?
