Apparently Elhurst were overwhelmed by the numbers applying this year and students who would have easily been accepted in other years have been turned down.

I had an email last week with details of this week's audition in Sunderland so the admin staff seem to be still working. Also they were pretty quick to tell me they'd received the application so maybe get in touch to check they received it?

Yes Charlie it is at Sunderland, he's only been dancing a year so this seems a bit of a step up - and all very sudden! He'll enjoy it I'm sure.

Hi all Another newbie here. My son is auditioning for Elmhurst associates next weekend, after his ballet teacher asked me to apply, and thanks to all of you I now have a bit of a better idea what to expect. It's all rather scary for a mum who hasn't ever done any kind of dancing before!
