LinMM
Is it possible to remove ones own post once posted?
Anna C
Not remove, I don't think - you can edit your post within a limited timeframe. If you have posted in duplicate this can be removed for you by a Moderator.
John Mallinson
Afraid not. Just to confirm, you can alter the text for about 20 minutes (?) but not delete the post.
LinMM
Okay thanks ....will just have to live with my fit of pique!! Best to think more first sometimes ....certainly come across as an arrogant little **** in that no.37 post!! Sorry John! Especially as you recognised that you hadn't quite got my post the first time. I have to read some posts quite a few times (including my own) before satisfied have taken in /communicated ..successfully so to speak
alison
More on *editing* your own posts here: http://www.balletcoforum.com/index.php?/topic/3002-editing-postings/ I think there is probably a "Delete" button which appears at the bottom of your post for the first 30 minutes, too, but have no way of testing this.
LinMM
Perhaps I could try out in the testing section!
