alison
This depiction of a fictitious masterclass given to students by Maria Callas back in the 70s, I think, has been running in the West End for a few weeks now, to very good reviews. Given that I know there are a lot of opera fans as well as ballet fans on this site, I wondered if anyone had been to see it, and had any thoughts on it? It made a few very good points on what it is to truly be an artist, and the dedication to one's art which is required: I seem to remember thinking it might be appropriate for quite a few people. Edit: I meant to say that I was reminded to post this by seeing a Travelzoo offer beneath the BRB one which Gail has just highlighted!
