SOLT (society of London Theatres) produces an annual report on how ticket sales have fared each year. You can find the report for 2011 announcing record sales figures here

In addition they produce a note on partciluar highlights. Most of this is about theatre but it does have a few comments about dance, including very good sales for ENB - 96% sales for Swan Lake at the Coli. There are also notes on how Alice at the ROH sold out before it opened.
