Lisa O`Brien
Suffragette Emily Wilding Davison died after being knocked down by the king's horse at Epsom, while trying to attach a "Votes for Women" sash on to the horse. Just my personal opinion of course, but I strongly believe how important it is for people to make the most of their democratic right to be able to vote in this country and do so.

Petunia
I can't help with the vote but I bought a piece of English stilton and ate it just now (sigh).
Legseleven
Voted. Thankful that whichever way we choose to vote, we have the right to cast that vote.
MAB
The media is reporting the highest ever number of female MP's has just been elected. Emily Wilding Davison would have been so pleased that history has just been made on the anniversary of her ultimate sacrifice.
Lisa O`Brien
The other day my son said to me he was "Going to vote for Jeremy Corbyn". Had to explain to him he would have to live in Islington North to be able to do that as he wasn't standing in our area as a candidate. Kids !!
