  1. Grace on ice

Worthwhile discussion about skating, art v. sport, on BBC Front Row last night with Robin Cousins and Debra Craine. Preceded by a review of I, Tonya.

  5. Akram Khan on BBC Newsnight 15.2.18

I thought they stuffed a lot into a short piece. Surely iPlayer doesn't need Flash?

The 12 minute segment is now on iPlayer, starting 31mins20 in.
  7. Extend editing time

You are allowed 30 minutes in which to edit new posts and I think that should be long enough to iron out the usual typos and infelicities. We need to remember that we are all on the record here and to allow people to alter things long after posting might well disrupt or distort the flow of discussion.
  8. Apparently there's going to be a piece on Akram Khan's new work XENOS on Newsnight, sometime after 10.30pm. This is to be the final solo made for himself, and the premiere is in Athens on Feb 21st.
  9. Free Talk at the V&A - Nijinska

    Thanks for that.

  14. Posh is as posh does

If you look at the full results of the survey there is breakdown by age, gender, income, social grade, politics, eu ref vote, region.
  15. Posh is as posh does

There's a recently released YouGov poll (1,642 participants) looking at social activities by perceived 'poshness'. I'm afraid that ballet is right up there, just below opera.
