I heard back from Susanna Bjurstrom. Here is the info she sent. The cost translates to approximately 6240 US Dollars, 5355 Euros, 4778 Pound Sterling. At the end I attached the document from the principal, with the fee and more information.
"Thank you for your email and your interest in The International Course at The Royal Swedish Ballet School.
From November, you are welcome to send me a filmed audition together with The Registration form, for the school year 2019-20.
Our deadline for auditions is February 1st in the year covered by the application. We rarely do live auditions.
Usually 8-10 students are accept yearly and all students are guaranteed to stay at the school dormitory.
The International Dance Students are included in all school work except the theoretical parts that only those accepted to the three year Upper Senior School course can follow.
The approximate dance education for one week of 6 days is 28 hours.
I can only give you the cost for the school year 2018-19.

As we are a public school we do not have have any scholarships or fundings.

Fee for the International Course
To attend the International Course at The Royal Swedish Ballet School the student must pay a fee of SEK 56 000. Included in the fee is:

All students gain performance experience throughout the course of study.
The course is set but would in special circumstances be adjusted by the artistic directors.
Course in the Swedish and English language.
Lunch and afternoon snack served school days, Monday-Saturday, in the school cantina.
A one year metro card for unlimited travel during all hours of the day.
A set of required dance wear, leotard and tights, for classical ballet as well as contemporary dance classes. Female and male model/colours.
The Royal Swedish Ballet Schools’ track suit. Jacket and pants.

Dormitory
Students attending the International course stay at The Royal Swedish Ballet School ́s dormitory. The dormitory is located in Skärholmen, 20 minutes from school by subway.
Included is a shared room, with bathroom, staff around-the-clock, breakfast and dinner on schooldays and breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekends, laundry facilities and premises such as living room and kitchen.
Free wireless internet is available throughout the dormitory for the use of personal notebook computers.
The school offer facilities such as gym with rehab facilities, a library, study rooms for theoretical studies, music rooms and dressing rooms with showers. A computer lab is available at school for students who choose not to bring their own computers.
No part of the content is interchangeable with a reduced fee, but dividing the fee by paying 1⁄2 autumn term and 1⁄2 spring term is possible.
