I have this brand new gorgeous leotard that I ordered for my daughter but it’s too big sadly. I went to see if I can order smaller size from Just Ballet where it’s from but they are all out of stock and it’s Pre Order only. It’s gorgeous

My DD is on the wait list for summer course. Has anyone had offer of a place off the wait list?

Do we think the Mids will start again in September?

We just had the cancellation of Princess Grace too 😭 and the Vaganova one in Italy 🇮🇹 has been cancelled. Totally understandable but such a shame

My daughter got to year 7 white lodge finals. No place a couple of years ago. We have just found a really good local school to train at. She goes to local grammar school. This year she was one of 6 to get to White Lodge finals for year 9 place. Sadly I believe none were offered a place.she has got a London year 9 Mids place. There is good training out there you can combine with a normal school. We have found though it is very tiring, long days dancing after school then early starts next day. We are still plodding along but I fear as we near year 10 and she will have to do 11 GCSEs it’s going to get harder although not impossible. A lot of other people go down this route and are successful at Upper Schools. My daughter never complains of waivers that this is her dream to carry on with it all 🤦‍♀️ So I will support her! So find a great school to provide her with vocational level training

Do many of the SAs make it into Upper School? Is it ever possible if not already at vocational school?

Obviously expected but so sad the Vaganova summer course in Italy has been cancelled 😭😭😭

We sadly could not attend the Spring course as it was cancelled. We also got wait list for the Summer Course which now will only be for UK students/residents after receiving an email from Royal so fingers crossed some places come up for people on the wait list!

Or London MA2 timings? We were always wait list for JAs and first year of MAs so perseverance pays off!

My DD has a year 9 place for Mids at London. So pleased for her!!!

If schools all shut will we get Mids results?! Obviously not a priority but was just curious!

I would prefer to be more cautious than lots more people getting ill if it can be avoided.

Yes sadly 27 people in intensive care with it and 20 of those caught it with no foreign travel. I guess our priority should be helping take the pressure off the NHS.
