BalletWorks (previously The Gala) are putting on another performance this year on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th July at Medina Theatre on the Isle of Wight. The performance this year has several dancers from the Stuttgart Ballet. Stuttgart finishes its season on Tuesday 25th July at the Stuttgart Opera House with John Cranko's Romeo and Juliet. Dancers then fly to the UK on 26th July to perform at Medina Theatre in this Charity event in aid of the local Earl Mountbatten Hospice, a charity close to the heart of Robert Robinson, soloist with the Stuttgart Ballet. Stuttgart dancers: Rocio Aleman, Robert Robinson, Roger Cuadrado, Alisa Scetinina. Other Dancers: Theophilus Vesley; Gauthier Dance, Sara Ezzell; German National Youth Ballet, Eliot Worrell; Hamburg Ballet; Spencer Darlaston-Jones. A mixed programme of duets and solos.
