RBS Holland Park booking open

Recommended Posts

For me it went smoothly - though like last year, the navigation is a bit clumsy. Clicking a seat gives you a message which implies you've added it to your cart, but you actually need to press the 'add to cart' button lower down on the page. There's a £3.50 fee per booking. There's an option to print tickets at home. According to what's written on the website, printable tickets are not refundable/exchangeable/transferable and can't be sold via their ticket exchange.  Also if you choose to pick up the tickets at the box office, you need to bring the card that was used for the booking. However, I just spoke with the box office and they said that if you give authorisation that you have transferred any types of tickets to someone else (not above face value, of course), it is fine. You can also leave tickets at the box office in someone else's name.

[Edited to add correction and update about transferring tickets]
