When your teenage son dances: food.

Yeah, the 8 year old is bad enough. He started stealing choice morsels from my plate during the run up to shows.

I shudder to think what'll happen when he's a teenager, and the idea of feeding him and his dancing brother when they're (say) 12 and 15 is terrifying.

Maybe I should encourage them to take up competitive tiddlywinks instead.

I'm 36 and nothing but nothing makes me as hungry as dancing. God knows what it would have been like at 18 (when I was quite capable of eating steak and eggs for brekkies anyway).

I really must find a good caff near the Place for intensive week.

The Place certainly used to have a great cafe n the basement with lots of healthy dancer food, although this was a couple of years ago or so but it was VERY good and well priced!
