Hambleton Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 My DS's former teacher has mislaid his ISTD tap certificate and comments in her office move. She told me his mark but I have no paperwork. It's a bit awkward now as I have chased her a few times and DS does not go to her school now. Could I contact ISTD as a parent and get a duplicate does anyone experienced out there know? Mrs G Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 Our DS had mislaid his certificates and needed them for the next stage of vocational MT training .I contacted ISTD on their website explaining the situation. They emailed me the following day and asked me to phone them. I rang and asked them if they could replace the modern theatre and tap certicates . I only had to pay £10 per certicate.
