Grishko's long sleeved leotards are quite nice!

You could try to get her sit down on the floor with her legs stretched out in front of her. Ask her to wiggle her knees. If she can manage to do it sitting she is more likely to be able to do it standing up. I have found it to be helpful, so it might be worth a try.

I am planning a lesson that is going to consist of fun games that encourage strength, flexibility and cardio for young ballet students. Have you got any ideas or experience with games/exercises they might enjoy? Many thanks!

The step travels so I like to think of the upper body (hips/waist and up) traveling forwards as well. Might sound very obvious, but it is easy to forget about it when one has several other things to remember.

Also remember to bring your upper body and arms with you. I.e. turning to the right = bring your left shoulder around and keep the arms collected.
